After placing the order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (please only type the digits) which you’ll be able to use to track your order status.
When your order is ready to ship or has been shipped already, your order status will change from ‘processing‘ to ‘completed‘. An email with the tracking number of your parcel will follow shortly.
If you have received the confirmation email and you are not able to track your order status (something doesn’t match), do check if:
- You are only typing in the digits (no hashtag).
- Your email is correct and matches your billing email.
If you have not received the confirmation email and you are not able to track your order status (something doesn’t match), most likely you have made a mistake while typing your email on Checkout. Don’t worry, just drop us an email (email@example.com) providing your order information and we’ll get back to you with the process updates.
